As the lead digital marketer for the Batter n Crumbs Meta Ads campaign, my approach was centered on achieving the client’s objectives through a data-driven and comprehensive strategy. This involved overseeing all aspects of the campaign, from initial planning to ongoing optimization and performance analysis.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: I led a team comprising creatives, copywriters, and analysts, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure seamless execution of campaign elements. This included brainstorming creative concepts, developing engaging ad copy, and coordinating the timely delivery of campaign assets.
Strategic Campaign Development: I spearheaded the development of the overall campaign strategy, aligning it with Batter n Crumbs’ business goals.
This involved,
Defining the target audience: Identifying and segmenting the ideal customer base (individuals interested in desserts, chocolate, and birthday celebrations, aged 18-65, located in Chennai) to maximize ad relevance.
Setting campaign objectives: Establishing clear and measurable objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness, showcasing products, and driving WhatsApp-based orders.
Selecting appropriate campaign parameters: Determining the campaign budget, ad placements, bidding strategy, and other settings to optimize performance.
Ad Creation and Management: I oversaw the creation of visually appealing and persuasive ad creatives across different formats (static images and video reels) to showcase Batter n Crumbs’ offerings. This included ensuring consistent branding, compelling messaging, and clear calls to action.
Budget Allocation and Management: I was responsible for allocating the campaign budget across different ad sets and monitoring spending to ensure cost-effectiveness. This involved adjusting budget allocations based on performance data to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Campaign Optimization: Continuous monitoring and optimization were crucial aspects of my approach. I regularly analyzed campaign performance data (reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, etc.) to identify areas for improvement. This involved,
A/B testing ad creatives and copy to determine the most effective messaging.
Refining audience targeting to reach the most responsive segments.
Adjusting bidding strategies to optimize delivery and cost per result.
WhatsApp Account Management and Conversation Handling: A key element of the campaign was driving engagement and orders through WhatsApp. I managed the linked WhatsApp account, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential customers. This included:
Developing response templates and guidelines for frequently asked questions.
Monitoring conversations to ensure customer satisfaction and address any inquiries promptly.
Analyzing conversation data to identify trends and optimize the customer journey.
Performance Reporting and Analysis: I provided regular reports to the client on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns. This involved translating complex data into actionable information to inform strategic decisions.
